Twania Alston - President & Chief Executive Officer

Under the leadership of Twania Alston, Inner Vision Realty Group actively manages the rebuilding and refurbishing of homes in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. areas. She has over 25 years of real estate investment experience and founded IVG in 2018 on the principle of giving back - uplifting the communities of Maryland and Washington, D.C. Alston brings comprehensive experience and deep knowledge to all aspects of her role, including research and acquisition of properties, cost-benefit and ROI analyses of investment prospects, sale facilitation; as well as providing expert real estate investment advice and consultation, and financing strategy and guidance. She manages a small staff of full and part-time employees who assist with a wide range of residential projects.

Rey Services LLC - General Contractor

Rey Services is the construction contractor of record with Integrity Real Estate Group (IRG), ensuring on the ground site management of projects and their successful completion, as well as supervising the construction operations of the company. Rey brings 10 plus years of experience in residential real estate and has a background in construction and project management. Rey's expertise lends itself to his portfolio of responsibilities, which includes analyzing deals, preparation of estimates, budgets, and construction timetables; hiring and managing contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers; ensuring all projects are in compliance with building codes and regulations requirements.
